12: Roxee Carter

Roxee Carter was born in New York City and attended public high school where she met Shaun Burnside. They quickly became entangled in a dangerous relationship due to Shaun’s infection. After Shaun’s breakdown, Roxee gave her morality to him willingly and became a test subject for the later stages of Project: New Dawn. Children often do foolish things when they are young and as time progressed, the relationship fell apart, leaving Roxee alone with her infection. Although she no longer is in contact with Shaun, she still works as an operative for Wesker.
