15: The Ashfords

Like Morpheus D. Duvall and Albert Wesker, the Ashfords also have a facility (located in England). Only theres hardly any staff or any other tyrants amoung them. They're more secretive, hidden well from even Morpheus and Wesker. They aren't about to enter the oncoming war. Instead waiting for it to end so they may rise from the ashes and take the planet for their own.

Steve Burnside- with Albert Wesker, would be spared and forced back into his rightful home.
